BuildaBlock. “Smash, crash, wrecking ball.” Die-cut pages take Hudson on a tour of the construction site.
DinoBlock. “I am small like a turkey but with the l-o-n-g-e-s-t name of all. I am a micropachycephalosaurus.” At first he couldn’t pronounce them all but now he knows every dinosaur in the book.
Little Blue Truck. Little Blue Truck helps a mean dump truck who was stuck in the mud. The book teaches us to be kind even when others aren’t. Little Blue Truck Leads the Way. Little Blue Truck shows us how to be patient even when in a traffic jam.
Goodnight, Goodnight Construction Site. “The sun has set, the work is done. It’s time for trucks to end their fun.” Our little digger man loves this book, especially when my husband sings it to him to the melody of his choice. Mighty, Mighty Construction Site In this sequel, the construction vehicles call upon some friends to help them with the biggest project of the year.
My First Trucks and Diggers. Simple picture book for learning the names of various trucks and construction vehicles. A great construction book to start with.
Questions and Answers About Dinosaurs. Filled with lift-a-flaps of dino facts, this is how Hudson knows more about dinosaurs than I do.
The Ultimate Construction Site Book. Interactive pieces, flaps, pop-ups and pull tabs that illustrate building a bridge, boring a tunnel and many other construction sites.
Little Excavator. Have you ever had someone tell you that you’re not good enough? This little digger was told he wasn’t big enough to help until the other trucks realize he’s the only one capable of doing a special job.
DIG! Mr. Rally loves digging with his big yellow backhoe. He’s got five jobs to do including building a pool for the school and a drain for the rain.
Baby Beluga. Sing-along with Raffi, a fun children’s musician that was even around when I was a child. Hudson has grown to love belugas because of this book. You most likely will be singing this song the rest of the day.
The Rainbow Fish. The little rainbow fish learns to give away his prized beautiful scales. Great life-lesson on the importance of giving and how it ultimately makes you happier.
